Our History
Shane
(shown right) & Kelly Laughter have been in business for over a decade. They
started their 2-person, husband-wife company in 1996 as Fletcher Lawn &
Landscaping, offering residential and commercial lawn mowing services.
As their clientele grew, so did the requests for more services. And with
offering more
services and specialties, they came to realize a need for purchasing more versatile
equipment.
By 2003, Shane & Kelly changed their business name to Fletcher Grading Contractors, now 100 employees strong, offering nearly a dozen services and a half-dozen specialties to their customer base.
